National Society Daughters of the American Revolution
Capacity: 50 – 1500
Located between the White House and the Washington Monument, across from the Ellipse, the NSDAR National Headquarters comprises three buildings. At NSDAR’s Memorial Continental Hall, Administration Building, and Constitution Hall, designed by John Russell Pope, you will find rooms rich in grandeur and steeped in history. Upon arriving, using the impressive circular driveway, enter through the marbled Pennsylvania Foyer, which features busts of American patriots. The O’Byrne Gallery features barreled ceilings with ornate moldings and herringbone hardwood floors. Through French doors, step out to the covered rotunda and terrace with its spectacular view of the Washington Monument. Large events can flow into the ornate Library. The Banquet Hall, with its antique furniture, crystal chandeliers, and oriental carpets, has a breathtaking view from its balcony. Other spaces include smaller meeting and reception rooms, as well as the Constitution Hall Lobby for large events. Docents are available for tours of the 32 State Rooms.
